Ready mix concrete grades

M20 Ready Mix Concrete

For projects where M20 is specified
M20 concrete is used in applications where this grade is specified by the structural engineer.
The suitable application depends on the building design and the requirements of the element being constructed.

M25 Ready Mix Concrete

For projects requiring M25 concrete
M25 is used where the structural design calls for this grade. It may be specified for different residential and commercial building elements.

M30 Ready Mix Concrete

For projects requiring M30 concrete
M30 is used where the structural design specifies this grade. The required mix properties depend on the application and project requirements.

M35 Ready Mix Concrete

For projects specifying M35 concrete
M35 may be required for structural and other construction applications where the engineer specifies this grade.

M40 Ready Mix Concrete

For projects specifying M40 concrete
M40 is used where the structural design calls for this grade. The mix must meet the requirements set for the intended application.
OUR SOLUTIONS

Concrete for different types of work

From structural elements to specialized applications, we provide high-performance concrete solutions tailored to your project needs.

PCC — Plain Cement Concrete

PCC is plain concrete without the reinforcement used in reinforced concrete. It may be specified for levelling layers, bases and other suitable applications.

RCC — Reinforced Cement Concrete

RCC combines concrete with reinforcement to form structural elements. The grade and reinforcement must follow the approved structural drawings.

SCC — Self-Compacting Concrete

SCC is designed to flow and fill suitable formwork under its own weight. It may be considered for applications where the specified mix and site conditions make it suitable.

Special concrete mixes

Some projects need concrete with particular properties. These requirements should be discussed against the project specification and intended use.

High-strength concrete

For projects that specify higher concrete strength requirements.

Fibre-reinforced concrete

Concrete containing suitable fibres where the design calls for particular performance properties.

Screed concrete

For suitable floor levelling and finishing applications.

Pervious concrete

A specially designed concrete that allows water to pass through its structure, where suitable for the project.

Coloured concrete

Concrete made with suitable colouring materials where a particular finish is required.

Lightweight concrete

Concrete designed to have a lower density than conventional concrete, subject to the required application and mix properties.

The Right Grade. The Required Quantity. A Planned Delivery.

01

Follow the structural drawing

The specified grade should come from the approved structural design.
02

Consider the type of work

Foundations, slabs, columns, beams and floors may have different requirements.
03

Check the required strength

The selected concrete must meet the strength specified for the project.
04

Consider how the concrete will be placed

The mix must suit the placement method, formwork, reinforcement and site conditions.
05

Plan the quantity and delivery

Estimate the required volume and discuss the delivery schedule before placing your order.
