Infrastructure & Capacity

The facilities behind every delivery

Getting concrete to a construction site takes more than production alone. Transport, equipment availability, site access and delivery planning also matter.
Vetrivel Readymix operates two RMC plants and uses transit mixers to support concrete supply for different construction projects.
Our team discusses the site location, required grade, quantity and delivery schedule before confirming the arrangements.

Our infrastructure at a glance

Two RMC plants

Our two plant locations support supply across their respective delivery areas.

Transit mixer fleet

Transit mixers carry ready mix concrete from the production plant to the construction site.

Concrete pumping services

Pumping arrangements can be discussed for suitable projects, subject to equipment availability and site conditions.

Manufacturing materials experience

Our two plant locations support supply across their respective delivery areas.

Production capacity

Our existing website lists a combined capacity of up to 1,000 m³. Contact us to confirm current production availability and the quantity that can be supplied for your project.

Our infrastructure at a glance

01

Material selection

The materials used should meet the requirements of the specified concrete mix.

02

Concrete production

Concrete is produced according to the applicable mix design and production procedures.

03

Quality checks

Appropriate checks and testing help assess whether the concrete meets the project requirements.

04

Transportation

Transit mixers transport concrete from the plant to the construction site.

05

Pumping and placement

Where required, suitable pumping equipment can be arranged, subject to availability and site conditions.

06

Site coordination

The delivery plan should take account of site access, placement requirements and the expected duration of the pour.

Transit mixers for concrete delivery

The amount of concrete required, the distance to the site and the time available for placement all affect delivery planning.

Our transit mixer fleet supports the movement of concrete from the plant to your site. The practical arrangement depends on vehicle availability, site location, travel conditions and the quantity required.

For larger pours, contact us early so that the delivery sequence can be discussed.

Concrete pumping for suitable projects

Some sites allow a transit mixer to discharge concrete directly into the placement area. Others need pumping because of height, distance or access restrictions.

Boom pump

A boom pump uses an articulated arm to place concrete within its working reach. The site must have suitable access and space for safe equipment setup.

Line pump

A line pump moves concrete through a pipeline to the required placement area. The pipeline route, distance and site conditions need to be considered.

Before booking a pump, share the site address, placement height or distance, expected quantity and planned date.

How we approach concrete quality

Specific testing practices, certifications and quality claims must be confirmed with our technical team before publication.

Materials and mix requirements

Materials should meet the requirements of the specified mix.

Production checks

Batching and production procedures should follow the approved mix requirements.

Fresh concrete testing

Tests such as slump testing may be carried out where required to assess fresh concrete properties.

Strength testing

Concrete samples may be tested according to the relevant procedures and project requirements.

Delivery and placement

Transport and placement should be planned to suit the required concrete properties and site conditions.

Planning a large concrete pour?

Large pours may require several transit mixers, pumping equipment and a planned delivery sequence. Tell us about your project, including the site location, grade, estimated volume and preferred delivery date. We can discuss the available supply and equipment arrangements.
